3.What is the warranty period for your eBikes?
Easyway eBikes come with a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects and quality issues. Please refer to our warranty policy page for more detailed information.
4. Do you offer sample purchases?
Yes, we offer sample purchase service. Before placing a bulk order, you can first order a sample for inspection and testing to ensure the product meets your requirements.
5.How can I start an OEM/ODM collaboration for customized eBikes?
If you have customization needs, please contact us with your design requirements and order quantity. We will provide a quote and production plan based on your needs. The minimum order quantity is 100 units.
6.What are the available payment methods for orders?
We accept payment via bank transfer. As per our cooperation agreement, you need to pay an 80% deposit to start production, and the remaining 20% will be paid before the final batch of goods is shipped.

We offer worldwide shipping, including to Europe, the United States, Canada, Japan, and more. Shipping fees and delivery times depend on your location.
