Ordering and MOQ

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 50 units. Model mix, color options, logo customization, and packaging requirements should be confirmed during quotation.

Can I request a sample before a bulk order?
Sample orders may be available for selected models. Sample price, lead time, shipping cost, and available configuration need to be confirmed with our sales team.

How do I start a project?
Send your target market, preferred product type, estimated quantity, battery / motor requirements, and branding needs. We will recommend suitable models and next steps.

Lead Time and Production

What is the normal lead time?
Standard production lead time is usually 35-60 days depending on model, order quantity, customization level, and component availability.

Can Easyway support OEM / ODM customization?
Yes. We can support logo, color, packaging, configuration matching, and selected component options. New mold or deep structure changes need separate evaluation.

Can I get the full catalog download?
We do not provide a public catalog download. Please use Request Product List so we can send suitable product options for your market and business type.

Compliance and Quality

Do your e-bikes have certificates?
Certification support depends on model and destination market. CE, EN15194, UL-related requirements, and other compliance documents should be confirmed by model before order.

How is quality controlled?
Easyway checks key components, assembly quality, electrical systems, braking, packaging, and shipment preparation. Specific inspection requirements can be discussed for distributor or fleet orders.

What warranty do you offer?
Warranty terms are confirmed by model and order agreement. Standard coverage focuses on manufacturing defects and excludes misuse, unauthorized modification, accident damage, and consumable wear.

Shipping and Cooperation

Do you ship worldwide?
We support export cooperation for global B2B buyers. Final shipping method, Incoterms, documentation, and destination requirements are confirmed during quotation.

What payment methods are available?
Payment terms are confirmed by project and buyer profile. Bank transfer is commonly used for B2B orders; final terms should be confirmed before production.
